Review Breaker was removed from sale on Steam in December 2019 (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1193570/Drawkanoid_Review_Breaker), Valve's reasoning eventually settled on "QCF Design does not own the rights to use the images and names of other games on Steam". They did not accept our fair use reasoning, nor did this go to any sort of legal setting, Valve is merely operating their veto rights.
Review Breaker was intended to be distributed to key scammers via a network of indie game developers: Indies would give out Review Breaker keys instead of keys to their own games; Players would buy these keys when they inevitably appeared on key reselling websites, thinking they were other games, and get Review Breaker instead; Review Breaker would hopefully inform them why key reselling is bad (as both an object lesson AND with more info) and give them ideas on other games to buy while having a laugh.
